Where does this store ship from?

What is your return and exchange policy?
Customer satisfaction is our goal!
All of our embroidered designs are custom made after your order is placed and created with love just for you! Therefore, we are not able to accept returns on customized/embroidered items unless it is our error. If we have made a mistake, we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately and re-ship the corrected product at no cost to you. If a problem occurs with your order we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order.
*** PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for customers who order the wrong size for their pets because no measurements and/or incorrect measurements were taken. Please follow the measuring instructions and refer to the size chart, it is very accurate. We will not accept returns or exchanges for mis-ordered sizes since all items are made to order. ***
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Of course, we think our international customers rock! Please remember that all taxes, duties, VAT, customs fees, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer to pay in their own individual country. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to predict those fees when the items are shipped since every location handles their deliveries differently.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of our items are handmade to order, but we are super quick about it since we love the work so much! Items typically ship out within 3-5 business days. Once shipped most USA orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What shipping methods do you use?
US orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail with tracking. International orders are shipped by USPS First Class International Package service. Expedited shipping options are available upon checkout.
What are your shipping costs?
We aim to keep our shipping cost as low as possible, because we know nobody likes paying for inflated shipping charges. Within the USA, the first item ships for $3 and each additional item for just $1. In Canada, the first item ships for $10, and each additional item for just $2. Everywhere else, $13 for the first item, and $2 for each additional item.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but if you think we should please let us know by commenting on our Facebook page or using our contact form. We love all suggestions!
Do you collect sales tax, and if so, where and what %?
Orders shipped within the state of North Dakota are subject to a 6.5% sales tax rate.
How do I pay for my order?
Whiskers World accepts all major credit and debit cards through our secure processor, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
