The name is stitched in one color, with an outline and paw prints stitched in a second color. Thread colors will match the tote unless otherwise requested in the personalization box.

Therefore, we are not able to accept returns on customized/embroidered items unless it is our error. If we have made a mistake, we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately and re-ship the corrected product at no cost to you. If a problem occurs with your order we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order.
