- You may also include any special color requests in the order notes on the cart page. If no color preference is given, we will use the same colors as shown in the photos above.

Therefore, we are not able to accept returns on customized/embroidered items unless it is our error. If we have made a mistake, we welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately and re-ship the corrected product at no cost to you. If a problem occurs with your order we must be notified within 48 hours of receiving your order.
